Customer Service Policy.

Design is strongly committed to customer service and aims to build a lasting
relationship with every customer. We continuously strive for excellence in
everything we do to ensure we provide the quality of service our customers
deserve.
1. Comprehensive Guarantee. Crestwood Design prides itself on providing only the highest quality products and stands proudly behind all our fine furniture, lighting and accessories. Each product comes with a comprehensive Guarantee against defects in craftsmanship and materials, to give our customers peace of mind when purchasing an original Crestwood Design product. We provide a guide on how to look after our quality products to ensure they are kept in excellent condition.
2. Return Policy. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will offer to exchange, replace, or give you a refund. In the event you wish to return a product please notify Crestwood Design within five days of receipt of the product. We will offer you the choice of exchanging, replacing or returning the product for a full refund or credit. Crestwood Design must provide authorization before any merchandise is returned for credit or refund. Please Note; For Custom Work Orders, if you require a refund a 20% administration fee will apply.
3. Certificate of Authenticity. Crestwood Design also provides a certificate of authenticity to provide proof for our customers that they have purchased a genuine Crestwood Design product. Each piece is also signed and dated by David Lees.
