Changing Item Quantities Please Note. All information is entered on a Secure Site and viewed only by authorized personnel. International customers will be required to have their credit card verified by PayPal before they will be allowed to place an order.
1. By cheque. If you would like to place an order in a more traditional method please print out our Order Form and fill out all details. Send along with a cheque for a deposit of 15% to Crestwood Design.
Please note. For orders made by mail a 15% Deposit is required to confirm all orders. Balance is due upon delivery or prior to shipping if you live outside the Greater Victoria area. If you would like to pay your 15% deposit online or any other amount with your credit card, please click on the button below and enter the amount in the space provided or contact us by phone.
Our current lead time( time from placing an order until completion) can vary depending on the product and amount ordered, please contact us for the current lead time on the piece you are interested in purchasing. All quoted lead times are estimates and the actual time frame for delivery can vary due to the fact each piece is custom made by hand and only when ordered, we do not carry stock. We will contact you prior to your product being shipped to confirm your shipping address and provide an approximate delivery time. We can ship anywhere within the continental USA and Canada. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to your area. US Customers Please Note; You will be asked to provide your Social Security Number as proof of citizenship as required by US Customs under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Under NAFTA, Crestwood Design's products may be sold to US customers free of duty. For countries outside Canada and the USA please contact us to discuss shipping cost and requirements. If you would like to pay your shipping costs online with your credit card, please click on the button below and enter the amount in the space provided or contact us by phone.
Taxes & duties: If a product is shipped to a Canadian address outside B.C. then no PST is charged only GST. For shipments to a US address there are no Canadian sales taxes applicable. However, you may be subject to Taxes from the state you live in that Crestwood Design is unaware of.
